Do You Need A Map?

"WE PASS THIS WAY ONLY ONCE," how many times have you heard this statement? If you're a driver you've undoubtedly learned the hard way ( by most likely by passing the same thing over and over again as you drove by it) that unless you know where you're going this is not necessarily true.

These two stories illustrate what I mean:

A local hunting guide in Craig, CO a small town at the foot of the Rocky Mountains was given the auspicious task of taking 2 of the country's most prominent men to a secluded cabin at Steamboat Springs for a very important summit. Not soon after they started out on their trek the guide realized that he was hopelessly lost. Knowing the importance of their meeting he quickly confessed to his party their dilemma. Both men immediately became angry and blamed the guide for leading them astray and wasting their valuable time.
They asserted, "We were told you were the best guide in Colorado!"
"I am," he said, "but we're in Wyoming now!"

A sophisticated woman who lived on the trendy West Side of New York City walked into a variety store and asked a clerk if they carried compasses. The clerk quickly replied, "We have compasses for making circles on paper, but not the ones for telling direction. I hope that's what you're looking for?"

I bet you can identify with one of these examples. Whether it's getting lost in the mountains, or trying to buy a speciality item from a sales person who doesn't have a clue, no one likes to walk through life without sometype of direction.  So why is it so hard for many of us to ask for a map when it comes to living our lives?

Life is a matter of information and choices, not luck and what's in stock.

It's simple -
The more information that you have the better choices you can make!

Are you confused about where you are going in life? Does it seem as if you are always going in circles, passing the same landmarks and never getting anywhere? It sounds like you're lost or at best unsure about where you should be going. Don't despair, all you need is direction, and suigenerisezine.com can help!
It's new and it's devoted to helping you find your way. Each month suigenerisezine is packed with spiritual, intellectual, and social content to help you understand the world around you.

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

-What is it that you really want out of life?
-Do you feel as if you're getting as much out of your life as you should?
-Do you want to change your life or are you truly happy with the way things are?
-Are you truly happy or just faking it?
-Are you in tune with the world around you or are you self absorbed and missing the bigger picture?
-Where do you see yourself in the future?
-Will you be satisfied with the same things?
-Hanging around with the same friends?
- Working at the same job?
- In the same relationships?
-And what if you do want to change?
-Where do you start?
-What do you need to know?
-Who will help you?

Living well has little to do with comfort, speed or luck, but much more to do with
Planning, Empowernment, and Direction.

Grab your compass and your map and get started!!!

Notifying Visitors of Site Enhancements

Another idea for my home page's text is notifying visitors about the enhancements I put on my site. For example, I want visitors to sign my guestbook or fill out my survey Form E-mailer to answer questions about my site, my business, or my site's topic.

I might not want a large amount of text on my home page if I want to guide visitors toward my other pages. Instead of text, I can add others' buttons to this first page, and I'll be rewarded for people who click on the buttons. For example, if a visitor signs up for a Visa using the NextCard button on my site, I earn at least $20!

Behind the Scenes of My Home Page

Even if I don't put much text on my home page, it's a good idea to include hidden tools that will help me promote my site, so people other than my friends and family actually see it. For example, I could add meta tags, which are hidden codes that allow search engines to find my site. I could also install stats and a counter so I know how many people are visiting. If not many are visiting, submitting my site to search engines will guide more traffic to my site.
